Tri to Defi offers a variety of running and triathlon coaching packages to suit your needs and help you meet your goals.

  • Initial meeting to learn about running goals and needs

  • Individualized weekly run training plan based on your availability and training needs

  • One in-person run session to provide guidance on gait and running technique

  • Monthly phone call on progress/to provide feedback

  • Unlimited email & text communication

  • Race strategies provided before target races (email/phone, or in-person)

  • Minimum of six months required

  • $150 per month

run for silver

  • Initial meeting to learn about running goals and needs

  • Individualized monthly run training plan developed for a specific goal race(s) based on your availability and training needs

  • Four plan changes per month

  • Monthly phone call on progress/to provide feedback

  • Unlimited email and text communication

  • Minimum of six months required

  • $125 per month

run for bronze

  • Individualized monthly run training plan developed for a specific goal race(s) based on your availability and training needs

  • No changes to plan mid month.

  • Monthly phone call on progress/to provide feedback

  • Self-guided implementation

  • Minimum of three months required

  • $100 per month

TRAINING PLAN ONLY

  • Run training plan developed for a specific goal race(s)

  • Two changes allowed per plan should you need an adjustment

  • Length of plan depends on date of target race and race goals (up to 16 weeks)

  • 6-8 week plan: $90

  • 9-12 week plan: $120

  • 13-16 week plan: $140

one-on-one coaching sessions

  • One-hour in-person run, swim, or bike training session for immediate feedback on form and technique

  • Dynamic warm up and cool down guidance

  • Drills to develop your form after coaching session

  • Session held at a convenient location for you in the Denver Metro area

  • $55/hour (3 sessions purchased together save $15)

  • Cancellation policy:

    • up to 48 hours before appointment receive a full refund

    • within 48 hours, 50% refund

    • day of appointment cancellations, no refund
